I am very grateful to the hotel for the rest! I stayed with my husband and child, everyone liked it. I managed to leave money at home without paying for the hotel in advance, and the hotel administration met me halfway, allowing me to pay first only part of the total amount, and then paying the rest. Moreover, we asked for a cot, and we were offered a triple room instead of a double room without any additional payment - it was very cool. I would like to mention the hotel staff separately: everyone is very polite and attentive. Special thanks to administrators Yusuf and Edisa! And they helped to solve all the problems, and they were very politely welcomed. The administration should appreciate such employees, because they are the face of the whole hotel! We lacked a little variety of breakfast food and alarmed the electrical outlets (some in room 701 were out of order). The room was always well cleaned, everything was clean. The windows of our room did not face the street, so it was quiet even with the window open. Excellent location, close to tram stops, Galata port and embankments. There are many cafes and restaurants in the surrounding streets.

We had a terrible experience at Weingart Hotel on New Years eve in Istanbul. We booked for two nights. When we arrived despite requesting a room with one bed, we were given a room with two separate beds. They informed us that there would be a change in the rooms, and after one night we would be transferred to another room with one big bed. But when we asked them after about the change, the day shift staff said that its not possible to do. The staff's uncoordinated responses left us frustrated, and the room itself was disgustingly dirty, with stains on the floor and hairs on the bathroom tiles. We informed the staff about the hairs and requested a bathroom clean, and he informed us that it will be done. As expected, the bathroom was never cleaned, and the hairs remained on the tiles. To top it off, there was no prior notification about the change in bed arrangement. If they would've informed us, about the bed arrangement, we would've booked other hotel and save us this horrible experience. Looks good on pictures but trust me, pick another hotel. Overall, an extremely disappointing stay.

The hotel's location is very good, close to many transportation options like tram, bus, and metro. The cleanliness of the rooms was good; we were quite satisfied. The hotel staff was helpful and solution-oriented.

To begin with, my experience with this hotel sale team was one of the most horrifying experience of my life. The sales representative was careless and irresponsible that, a few days before me and my friends arrived in Istanbul, he started ignoring our questions. As it turned out they had been lying about a specific topic for the whole time. Because of this personnel, I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. I hope they improve their sale strategies so that the possible visitors won’t have such horrible experience since the communication style of this person was disaster.

I enjoyed my stay here thoroughly. Location is convenient and rooms are comfy with quality basics. Breakfast was our highlight every morning. Few minutes walk to Galataport and tram station "Tophane". Aysu was very nice and ready to help in Breakfast buffet area and front desk staff was always willing to help. Two thumbs up for staff.

I stayed one night at this hotel. Lovely location, clean (could be better), with friendly staff. It was a pleasant experience. In the breakfast room everything was nice, specially Aysu!

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent service provided by your reception team. While I was generally pleased with my stay, I would like to mention one aspect that may be helpful for future guests to be aware of. The economy rooms, while cost-effective, do not have windows. This may not be a concern for some travelers, but it's worth noting for those who value natural light and a view. Aside from this minor detail, everything else about my stay was excellent. I want to reiterate that the standout feature of my stay was undoubtedly the reception team's exceptional service. I would not hesitate to stay at your hotel again in the future and will certainly recommend it to friends and family.

It was a wonderful experience for me with my family and my kids. We booked two double rooms and four connected rooms. I found good hospitality, especially the employee Erisa and Youssef. Their hospitality was wonderful and they smiled every time they saw us and asked if we needed anything at any time. The location of the hotel is perfect in the Karakoy area, but it has one drawback: there is a club in front of the hotel that operates for only three or four days in week. It is very annoying after midnight, but when it is not working, you find peace, tranquility and a good night’s sleep. Additionally, there is a delicious bakery and several specialty coffee shops near the hotel. The rooms are wonderful, clean and spacious compared to other rooms in Istanbul. The cleaning service is great. If I don't want to clean the room, I find new bottles of water and clean towels at the door. The rooms have carpets, which makes them warm for the elderly and children. It will be my first choice for accommodation in Karakoy
